Making Lefse - Nov. 20

Nicholas and Heather came home with a bag full of groceries and made an apple pie (Heather) and two batches of Hardanger lefse - one to share at his work party, and another batch to surprise Mama, Papa, and Uncle Mark. It was definitely a hit (the pie was delicious, too!) and everyone ate it all up. What a good Norwegian kid.
